  I have visited several breadeaux Pizza locations since they started and out of all of them, this location was sub-par. For starters, you cannot get your own refill on soft drinks and have to ask someone to do it for you. While I was there, nobody was behind the counter and didn't bother to get up when I went to the counter for a refill. I had to ask someone. There was no lettuce at the salad bar. While we were there, the owner was eating with her son, and had mentioned to her son that there was no lettuce at the salad bar, that if he wanted some, she could get it for him. When we went to the salad bar, she never went out of her way to ask if we wanted any lettuce. We arrived just after 1pm and most of the pizza already looked old. We were advised that they generally do not put pizza out close to the buffet ending unless there are people there. That was about 50 minutes before the end of the buffet. The pizza was prepared to Breadeaux standards and the fresh pizza did taste good. Lastly and most disappointing was hearing the owner talk loudly with two employees and her son about another employee who was not present. They discussed their unhappiness with the employee and the fact that the other employees did not like her. Sounded as though the other employees were unhappy that her family was paying for her gas and the owner was picking sides. It was difficult for us to have a conversation with this going on and it was not an enjoyable experience. When I brought my concerns up to her, she offered to refund my money. Her son, in a harsh tone, asked how much we paid for the buffet, and stated he would give me $26 that he had. I advised him that I would not take more than what the buffet cost, because that is not right. He stated, "no, Im giving you extra so you will leave.". The owner didn't see a problem discussing employee performance in front of customers and stated that they had no other place to do it. She informed me that she would give me her number so I could call her if I would like because she was going to talk with her about it tonight. Seems like from what her son told us, that they would rather just have the place for them to eat and not for the customers. On a good note, the atmosphere is welcoming and it is well decorated. Unfortunately, we drove to Mound City specifically to try the Breadeaux there after seeing it last month. The buffet is priced similar to other pizza buffets of the competitors. The owner did tell us after we received our refund that they would prepare a small pizza of our choosing if we didn't see the kind we wanted on the buffet. The place does have some work to do as far as customer service, but if you like their pizza, I would recommend ordering to go.

  Worst service I've ever had! Charges for a full Buffet close down the buffet 15 minutes after we got there. Still charged the full price for the buffet for two adults which is $24. Three three pieces of chicken on the line open one and it was uncooked. So needless to say we went unsatisfied I lost $24. For better service go to McDonald's across the street.
